We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Energy & Resources (WA) Administration team at our Welshpool branch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage general reception duties including greeting visitors and handling calls
  • Support operational teams and site-based employees with administration and compliance tasks
  • Accurate timesheet entry and database management
  • Arrange medicals, PPE and coordinate onboarding requirements
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices and quotes
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture and business improvement initiative
  • Perform general administrative support and ad hoc duties as required

What You’ll Bring:

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Great communication – both written and verbal
  • Team-first attitude with a willingness to support others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with D365 and FastTrack 360 is a plus
  • Computer and Excel knowledge
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and think critically to solve problems
  • Motivation to learn and develop within the role
